Absolutely brilliant - and long overdue too! Email notifications BRING PEOPLE BACK to your site - it's a proven fact for social networking sites (especially Facebook)...
This is a nice step towards what Dolphin should be doing - but more notifications are still needed for other things (like comments left on uploaded media files etc). The other one that's important is an email containing a user's name/password when they join!! :)
Thanks for an awesome mod though - probably be wisest twenty bucks you can spend on a mod!

A great mod...the only comment I have is...I would have liked to have seen the email templates integrated into the "global settings" area, just like the other notifications...maybe something to look at for next version.
