Sticky Note on any Page

This is an easy to install sticky note mod that can put a sticky note for users on any page. You can use html or text on it and its easy to edit. Note i did not make the code I only figured out how to use it on dolphin. This should work on any dolphin install but i dont know about dolphin 5.xx maybe different folders and files but shouldnt be hard. Keep a look out for my next mod : Editable Memo note for users.
