Dolphin Communities can take a long time to load, but now
there is a solution: Speed Up Your DOLPHIN Community MOD.
You want a FAST loading website? SPEED matters to you?
With this MOD your community will load FASTER
and you will save BANDWIDTH. This is important if you
have pay for your web-traffic.
Note: This is the ORIGINAL and FIRST Speed Mod, which others
try to imitate. This MOD works for your WHOLE community page, including all the media files, not only for one part of it like other. Try it!

Please make sure that your webserver is running APACHE Webserver Version 2 or higher and the apache module mod_deflate is supported. And: You should be able to use

How can you find out:
a) Ask your webhosting provider it.
b) Try out by yourself: Create a small file called info.php and put this example code from (www.php.net/phpinfo ) inside upload it on your webserver. Open the page and you'll see lots of information about your webserver.
Try to search for "Apache":
You will get something like
f.x. SERVER_SOFTWARE Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat)
If it reads Apache Version 1.xxx this will not work.
Try to search for "deflate":
You will get something like
Loaded Modules : mod_deflate
