This is an add-on to be used in the Admin Panel. It is a fix from my original Shoutbox Control to work with Rayz Shoutbox on Dolphin 6.0004, 6.0005, 6.1 Beta and 6.1 Final
The Shoutbox Control add-on allows the admin to control what content is visible in the Shoutbox. If you have problems with users who put offensive content into your shoutbox or would like to have the ability to just delete comments easily then this add-on is for you.
Dolphin Smart Community Builder 6.0004-6.0005 and 6.1 beta/full approved.
Takes a minute to set up and works great.

I just installed this in Dolphin 6.1.1.
What a brilliant and necessary bit of code! This guy shows the true spirit of Dolphin with his giving this away for free!
