This is a lil warning or "accept terms before entry" page that you can load in a few minutes and edit to your hearts content.
It is an html that send them to index.php so if your setup allows this then this is for you.
It has the script in it so they have to click agree and if they choose exit you can send them anywhere you want.

Do not use this guy he will HACK your product you can ask DOLPHINMODS who tried to upload. HE HACKED MY SITE. I paid him $100.00 he stole back the templates. he likes to work for free, if you PAY BE WARNED. I am going to file a suite although I paid via PAYPAL this was a legal transaction and the server I use tracks hackers!
