Just to clarify on the above information.
The file you receive is XML and not Excel which they may tell you.
Like mentioned there are no intsructions what so ever so get a programmer.
Other than that they email their customers very quickly.
Have fun with it. They aren't the best looking bunch of people but you can pick a nice handful from them. But then what do you expect for the price.
Overall you get what you pay for and for this price it is good.
Just be careful of your terminology when emailing them. The people are quite sensitive and have been known to misunderstand English.
