Hello! This version is tested and compatable with 6.1.3!!
Several people have asked me about sending better looking emails to their members... also I could tell by the number of downloads for my "email extractor" that people were looking for a better solution for mailings. So here is what I did:
1. Found an AWESOME GPL mass mailer
2. Modified it to pull the members from the dolphin database
3. Wrote a KILLER install script that does EVERYTHING for you!
This might bore some of you but here goes.. the install script:
1. Creates the mass mailer tables in the dolphin database
2. Adds your admin info to the mass mailer table
3. Reads the Dolphin header and creates a config file for
the mass mailer using the dolphin database info.
4. Adds the site name, email and other config info to the mass mailer tables
5. Moves over all your members to the new mass mailer tables.
6. Creates a menu option in your dolphin admin.
Whewww. These emails look GOOD, you can make HTML AND text
versions!

I installed this mod in less than 2 minutes and it works 100% perfect. An excellent alternative to the dolphin mass mailer. highly recommended.

Mod works great, serves the purpose where I needed to sent out mass emails to my site members but wasn't able to set up cron jobs due to hosting restrictions. Thanks!
