Add a Ban Members to your 6.0.X

The NEW Dolphin 6.1 gives you the ability to ban members from your site, which previous versions did not. Well, NOW Dolphin users of versions 6.0.x can have the same ability in their admin page. I've taken the code from version 6.1 and modified it to work with previous versions so all of us using older versions of Dolphin can now Ban and UnBan members by time just like the new version does. You will also be able to search by Banned members in the profiles area of your admin. This mod works perfectly with the "Suspend members" mod by mscott and myself, and the code is already included for the suspend member mod in the member.php file. There are only 2 files to change, and one table to add and one to update in your database. I've included the necessary sql file to add to your database and included instructions for which table field needs to be modified.

As YOUR files may have been modified with other code that could possibly cause conflicts with this mod, I cannot provide support this MOD. I've given you the basic tools to work with, and you should be able to figure out how to include this code into your files with a little work (and maybe luck).
