This will add per-page control to the dolphin banner management system.
Meaning you can control not only where they show on the page, but now also on which pages to show which banners.
Adds a much greater control and organisation to your banners.
Easy to install with instructions on how to add even more pages easily.
Tested on 6.1.2 and 6.1.4
