Product Description
Allows you create some fake users who are seem to be always in chat. This is good for small sites that are just being created.
You should create some dummy profiles on your site and save their IDs in "Fake Users" setting in Chat Settings (You can get an access to it at Dolphin admin -> Ray Suite -> Chat -> Settings). Enter a user ID (or several IDs divided by ",") of the user you want to set as a fake user.
Attention!!! Fake users don't write any messages, don't do any actions at all. They are just always present in the chat. This modification is considered to be turned off after the site will be popular enough.
For more advanced fake features get Advanced Fake Users plugin.

I believe I have installed everything correctly,have set the ray setting but nothing shows up on chat.xxxx
