Ray Shoutbox manager allows you to do next actions as admin in your site:
1) Search messages by specific words
2) Simple deleting separate messages
3) Deleting all messages with specific words
4) Deleting all messages from specific users
5) Total shoutbox clean
6) View info about user's activity in shoutbox (numbers of messages and date of last "shout" there)
7) Ban / unban user from posting messages in shoutbox
8) Limit access for posting shoutbox messages by membership levels
9) Forbid specific words for showing in shoutbox
10) See users online status (red & green colors) and their membership leveld

Excellent job by CitizenKane. Works great.
We did have some small issues when first installed but excellent support was provided and now the mod is installed and working 100%. I was glad to receive this type of support for the mod and would purchase from this vendor again. I think you will do well purchasing from him as well.
