This mod adds comment functionality on the articles. It also patches the comments mechanism so multiple comment blocks can appear on the same page.

The reason that this extra step has been in place is to discourage scammers who either compromise paypal accounts to get software without paying for it, or claim that their account was hacked to force paypal to issue a refund, while keeping the mods.

The Articles Comment mod was extremely easy to install and we experience no problems at all. It's very smooth and let's users comment on articles very easily with it's Ajax interface.
