This mod enables users to post comments on site news. It also patches the comments mechanism so multiple comment blocks can appear on the same page.

The reason that this extra step has been in place is to discourage scammers who either compromise paypal accounts to get software without paying for it, or claim that their account was hacked to force paypal to issue a refund, while keeping the mods.
