This modification fixes gallery photo tags bug.

Bug occurs when you enter new tags on "Photo Edit" page and save your photo. Photo tags will not be rebuilt after photo details were saved.

In attached instructions there is code that you have to insert in BxDolSharedMedia.php file. After that, every time photo will be saved its tags will be rebuilt.

But there is one problem. Photo tags will be rebuilt only after user edit his photo details. This means that existing photo tags will be rebuilt only after users modify their photos details. That's why I added tags_rebuilder.php script to attached archive. This script will rebuild tags of all photos on your site.
