Yeah the template looks great, and not too difficult to fine tune the appearance, however the seller seems to be very shy. Before I purchase this template I contact him for a custom work, never replied. Then I made an enquiry about this template never replied.
After the purchase, I request some modification and offer to pay for the work, never even bother to reply.
Ended up hiring someone else to do the work.
So, be prepared. If you want an out of the box product or you are really competent, then its very good value. Otherwise, allow extra expenses to hire people to modify or fine tune your site's appearance.
Honestly, its just to be polite to answer a potential buyer's enquiry. Why even bother in making a site to sell your product otherwise?
