New Menu style and flashy light layout with new effect for dolphin menu.
Here is the FlashyLight menu that has dropdown + easing effect. It is pure css based and admin driven. This menu can be run on any template you are running.
You can turn on/off the FlashyLight menu by admin. It is working on major browsers (I have tested with FF, IE6,IE7, IE8, Google Chrome)
