Product Description
In Dolphin 6.X Classifieds, the current default configuration of the Buy Now feature creates an "auction" process that allows many people to bid on the same item until the seller removes the item.
With this Mod the Buy Now button automatically deactivates the item when the notification email is sent to the seller and buyer
So the listing won't be visible from other users.
The seller can activate again the listing if the transaction with the first buyer is not concluded successfully.
The admin has the same power of course.

this is a critical performance mod, this prevents your site classified section from getting cluttered with old stuff that is no longer for sale. if you don't buy this mod. your site is going to have the impression of being old and outdated to there users because they will still see listings from months and years ago. also not deleting old listings will damage your SEO ranking by having old products, versus displaying current listing that are always fresh, this will boost your Google page rank. so don't be cheap, upgrade your site with this much needed function in your dolphin sites. takes like 30 seconds to install
