shawnbritter: Yah install WAMP5 and it has everything you need to get DOLPHIN going
shawnbritter: install dolphin in WAMP5 ( with out having to pay for dedicated servers )
shawnbritter: make sure to enable short tags for WAMP5 in php ... hope that works
