Create and edit joinform.php

Ok, so i want to be able to upload youtube or google videos, as well as regular videos into ray, for both profile, and video gallery! Up to know i can't even upload regular videos because of the undefined or upload error... I have 'Linux'-'Godaddy Hosting'-'php.ini/.htacsses DONT WORK, my hosting doesn't allow commands'... ALSO I want to be able to put 'upload picture' in join form, with an upload buttom, so that if there is a mistake the picture is already uploaded... (ex. Upload picture: [.../test.jpg] [UPLOAD]
