Ray Load With Modifications

I have a Dolphin + Orca site being finished up now, might be interested in integrating a few basic Ray components, principally the video chat capability. But here's the problem: this network is a closed-door policy platform for government and private sector collaboration. It is not an open social networking or dating site. As a result, absolutely everything needs to be tailored for those specific, serious ends, wherever possible.

Open to other suggestions as well for other additions to the network that would be useful for collaboration between experts on terrorism, climate change, and a few other similar areas.
