Job Description
I currently have a dolphin + orca + wiki network that is to be used by policy experts around the world to collaborate on projects associated with international terrorism. But I want to integrate some kind of social networking instrument into the network for analytical purposes. I'm generally familiar with Analyst's Notebook and UCINET, but I want something opensource and much easier to use. People shouldn't have to read a manual to use it.

Essentially here's what it ought to do. I want to have a wiki-like (this, open source, editing available, etc.) map of terrorist networks so that each node = terrorist and each link/edge = connection between terrorists. When one clicks on a particular node (i.e. they click on the dot called Usama bin Ladin) it should take the user to my own wiki database page that talks about that person. If the user clicks on a link between two terrorists, it then takes that person to a wiki database page about the known connection between those terrorists. Further, I want it searchable. So, if you see a graphic representation of the terrorist network, you then have two search boxes, one for one terrorist, another for the second terrorist, type in one name in each box to find the link. Also, it should be more than names. I should be able to type in Usama bin Ladin in one box, and then Algerians in a second box. When I do that, I should see a graphic representation (ideally), or at very least a listing of each wiki-page that meantions a link of some sort between Usama bin Ladin and Algerians also in the database.

Each user should be able to add content, add links, add nodes, etc. A truly wiki-like network analyst instrument. Doesn't need to be extremely sophisticated, basic is fine, but has to be very easy to use.

This should be tucked under the Dolphin/Orca site and fully integrated into it (can view/use it only after signing into one's dolphin account).

Anyone know who I could do this?
