Job Description

I need a template design for Dolphin 6.x I have all the layouts for each page on how I want it designed with colors and fonts that I want used. There are NO images for this website. Its a very simple design. The design philosophy I want to use is short and sweet, simple and easy.
Logo will be across the top, menu are all on the left side of screen, profile on the right.
