Database errors

Getting daily emails with the Subject Database error in mydomain. The errors pertain to about four or five different catagories. I can forward the emails that contain the errors. I have tried using the repair database in cpanel but continue to get them. I was reporting them to the host at first but they seem to have bailed as to anything else they can do. I have only seen one come up while using the site but it disappeared when refresing. None of the members have mentioned anything about getting the errors.
