Job Description

Is there anybody who can help with how to add an extra menu into the homepage, similar to the extra menu on myspace.com. I have a quite a number of widgets and my site does not look very good with the menu optimization where I have 2 menus one on top of another. I would like to try an extra menu on the home page, which when clicked can still open the hidden menu, the same way as on myspace.
