I am looking for someone that can restore the php code on the index.php page of a website that has a mysql database. The coding on the index.php page drove all the content and was wiped out when it was incorrectly edited/uploaded. The site has a CPanel admin as well as another easy editor written in Turkish for the owner to change images and data. There is no need for anything to be done to the Turkish easy editor, just a restoration of the php that drives the other content in English.

Is there a way to restore the index.php file?
It was never backed up on the owners harddrive and all that remains now is the main page that recycles back to itself everytime a link is clicked.

I need to either restore the original php code, or have new php code written that will access all the content as well as reflect changes in content that are to be made to the original.

There will also be new graphics and colors but no major change in layout. The new graphics I add will just be new image files uploaded with the same names. The color parameters will be reflected through the CSS style sheet.
