Need Changes to template and add google adsense

I would like to make some changes to the index page. The area that has the large join I would like to have some wording. Top line U in Cafe web community... under that Create custom profiles

On the join form at the top I would like to change the word to: Congratulation! You are on your way to joining a fascinating community of creative people that (want to be seen by the world!)
I would like to change send a kiss to: send a thumbs up could you replace a heart with a small thumbs up image. All information with kiss info. Should also be changed.

I have a lot of affiliate adds that I would like placed throughout the site I have about 20 plus banners not including the google adsense. including the google search bars on all major pages and adsense throughout.
