Fixing problems in Dolphin

The site in question: www.Amistad.com (Friendship.com in Spanish). It has about 73,000 registered users.

It has 6.04 installed on it. I purchased the SmartPro pack which is supposed to have support but out of the sudden they have decided to ignore me :-(

It is installed on a dedicated server with plenty of power.
(dual quad-core Xeons... Raid.. etc). Linux, C-Panel.

The issues I need fixing in order of importance:

1. Mass Mailing does not send email.
The system does send email when somebody
sends you a greeting but not when using Mass
Mailing.

2. Links in comments do not work. They show up as
http://www.amistad.com/#mce_temp_url%23
and this takes you back to Amistad.com, not to the
intended site.

3. In Orca, need to translate _My_Flags and _My_Topics.
There are other miscellaneous translation problems
I need resolved.

4. In Chat, need to know how to admin and remove rooms.

5. In front-page, need a way to reduce the font on the Tags menu (Etiquetas) without reducing the font on other places that use those names. As you can see, "Etiquetas" overlaps "Perfiles".

6. On the Admin, The "New Today" counter is wrong.
Shows about 100 more members than it should.

7. On the Admin, Content->Profile Videos just hangs there.

If you do a good job I will keep using your services for upgrades on the site ... for new versions and new modifications.

I need somebody with experience. No newbies please. If you understand Spanish (at least read it) that could be a plus but not necessarily a must. I am willing to pay your fair price.
