Need someone experienced to resolve errors

I need someone who can resolve the errors I will list below. I need people with experience pls. I do not want "trial and error" or "wait and see". I cannot afford to wait very long so I need a reliable person who can finish the work in a few hours (not days pls!):

Errors to troubleshoot:

1. "check Action () fatal error.
Unknown Action ID:0"
This happens when I click MUSIC and VIDEO and view video& music (refers to viewVideo.php & viewMusic.php not browseVideo.php/browseMusic.php).

2. Box caption (design box) shows _TITLE_ rather than the actual title of the boxes.

3. List of errors in Orca header when accessed both from index page and inside admin panel. Orca is unusable! No place to post message, etc.

4. Need to increase file size upload to double the default.

5.Profile photo upload does not show primary photo or thumbnail icon chosen.

6. In another site, when you click play video, the media player shows FILE NOT FOUND!
