Fixing Upload Photo

HI all,

After transfering my site from a shared host to a VPS, I started getting some errors in my Dolphin site. The problem is that once members register, they try to upload a photo. The photo uploads but shows a blank picture and the picture does not exist anywhere. I check it through the admin and it does show that some pictures have been uploaded but they are all blank. Someone will now what I am talking about and will be able to fix very quickly.

I did not have this problem prior tothe site transfer but reading through the forums here, I read that with dolphin this happens alot when transfering the site.
