A few custom Mods

I have several modifications that I need.
1.replace current Member search with one similar to edmunds carspace. Here is the link to show you what I am looking for.

I do not need the radio button fields except for the male and female. I would also like to have profile name search (nick name)added. You can currently accomplish any of these searches with the global search on the site. However, that is more for an all content search and not a profile search. You can use the same make and model fields that carspace has in their dropdown boxes.
2. I would like a link on the photo gallery photos that would take you to a page where you can see them at their original size.
3. Is there a way to integrate www.carspace.com into the invite a friends mod. We recently had a member join who is also a member of that site. And seeing how they have over 100,000 members who are also our target market. It would be great if we could share members. Also cardomain.com would be a great addition as well to the invite a friend.They have over 500,0000 members.
4. For the events section we would like the ability to upload pics locally rather than first putting them on the web.
5. We would like for the members to only be able to vote once when rating their own profile and voting on polls.
6. We would like to have picture polls where members can vote on pics side by side with an overall vote count for each field. The pics polls should be able to be created by admin and members.
