Merge Two PHP Programs

I will try to explain quickly what i need. I have two websites, http://www.genspaces.com and http://www.myrootsplace.com. One site (genspaces) is a dolphin site with my other site in an iframe http://genspaces.com/genealogy.php. I need an experienced coder that can MERGE the two php scripts and databases so that they become one. I like the look of dolphin and want to keep it. I also would like the genealogy homepage to be a part of your homepage. An example is http://www.myrootsplace.com/getperson.php?personID=I1&tree=MyRootsPlace (that is my genealogy page). I am not sure if this can work. I have played around with it some to no avail. I also need the login to be uniform. The template of the genealogy page can be changed to match dolphin.
