Programmer needed for fine tuning

I have developed a site using the Dolphin program and I have reached the extent of my knowledge in programming which isn't very much. I need to be able to add people on my site without needing to enter a email address, plus the ability to transfer that account to someone at a later date if needed. I also need to add another date of death and not have the age continue from the date of birth. I also have some database errors I need help with. i could also use some help with the forum section. The changes I made to Dolphin don't reflect on the forums. Also I where the nickname is displyed i need the name of the deceased to show. Plus if it is possible I perfer to discuss this more over the phone if not than thats ok.
