flash .swf banner display in Dolphin 6.0

I have a flash .swf banner I would like to display on my dolphin 6.0 site. The .swf reads from an xml file and a couple of .txt files to get the info it needs to display. I need someone to figure out why it will not display correctly in Dolphin. I have tried adding a new block to the page I want it displayed on and embedding the code in the block but it does not display correctly. I know this should work because I have another flash object on my site that reads from an xml file and it displays correctly. Also if you reference the .swf from the server by its url outside of dolphin it displays correctly.

I need a quick turn around on this.
