Job Description

As I know…all the records in Dolphin go into on specific database. Is there way to filter for displaying purposes? I understand there are groups but I want to set up sub communities with in the overall community. Meaning: I am person A and I am part of communities 1 and 3. Can I filter so people in community 2's landing page will not see me?
