Photo Gallery - Serious Bidders Only

Hi,

This is for a very specific job. Please, ONLY serious bidders and programmers.

Overview:
I would like to add a “models” section in the main navigation for pictures I’ve taken of local models.

Specific:
- This section will be able to have different gallery folders based on the individual models name (i.e Stacy will have her own gallery, separate from Debra’s).

- The pictures will ONLY be editable and addible in the admin section, this is crucial!

- Once the pictures are uploaded, a user will be able to log in, see a model gallery they want to click on. When the gallery opens, the photo’s are thumbnailed to which a large one can open in that window where comments can be added, and users can rate the photo. I am lax on whether the comments and ratings are for the individual photo or the gallery.

- But either way, when a photo is clicked on, someone will be able to go to the previous or next one in that gallery.

- There will be a BLOCK on the home page

If this can be accomplished with reworking the current Dolphin Photo System, then so be it. Please provide additional features you can accomadate and ones that you will not be able to supply.

Example sites/URLs would be extremely helpful.
