New Music category modifications

Hi,
First of all Let me explain the whole concept of the project in case you might have a better idea of doing it...
it sounds simple, I have a very large variety of music collections and i want to upload them to my website, I need the website visitors to be able to go through them and listen to the songs they like. plus the members have the ability to add any song they want to their playlist..so they can access/Play their collections ( playlists ) anytime anywhere just by logging into my website...

Now I already had this Coder do the job for me, he has Done some stuff but its not even close to what i want. Check it at ( http://www.parstag.com/browseMusic.php?AliTest=y )
I need someone to finish his job by doing the following modifications or start the project from scratch...

- AS you can see Every Artist has an album and albums have songs which you can play them on the player etc... I need the members to be able to have their own manageable playlists on their database. by reviewing the Artists songs they are able to add any of them to their playlists.... hence playlists are reachable on their profiles so by clicking on them a player pops out and plays the desired playlist...you can just add a bottom (add to my playlist) beside every song so by click they will add the song to their desired playlist.

- put it on a whole new page so it wont be as an ugly frame and in the browsmusic.php (i guess its very easy since i'm upgrading to 6.1 )

- Make a better look for it so it looks like it belongs to my website...
