Hiring a cool Dolphin developer

This is a great job which will allow us to make a contribution to everyone's life. However it's a serious project. Looking to build a social networking vertical app off Dolphin's platform. I am looking for a reliable partner who can help me build the site on a milestone basis. Web 2.0 features already buikt in would be modified at some points in order to customize section names and site navegation. I'm a super cool guy to work with. Pretty serious and a fair player.
