Partial Setup and Customization

We would like help finishing the setup of dolphin on our server, specifically allowing pictures to be shown and making our forum operable. There might be some minor tweaking of the software as well. We also need help customizing the dolphin software to fit our creative ideas. We would like to stress that the dolphin software is already installed on our server, we simply need help setting up these few things. Work will be done on a work-for-hire basis with a simple Work-For-Hire contract involved.
The budget is moderately negotiable.

This job entails:
1 Making the front page margins all one solid color.
2 Making our forum work (Somehow it didn't load properly when we set it up.
3 Troubleshooting why pictures, video, and audio, arent' showing up on our page and fixing the problem.
4 Removing the dolphin logo from profile pages and the forum, once it is set up, and putting the AmericaDebates logo.
5 Making the pages so that everything is scaled and visible on any type of monitor.
