Failed upgrade 6.0 to 6.1.1 need site restored

I had 339 members when attempting to upgrade from 6.0.0004 to 6.1.1. One of the reasons I did the upgrade is because member profiles were disappearing as if being replaced by the newest members. My site was totally screwed up during the upgrade so I did a restore from the backup I made prior to the upgrade. Now I’m getting Fatal error: Call to undefined function: loadshoutbox() in /home/gratocom/public_html/scootloops.com/templates/tmpl_uni/scripts/index.php on line 1883 when trying to access my domain scootloops.com.

When I try to access scootloops.com/admin I get Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getrayintegrationjs() in /home/gratocom/public_html/scootloops.com/inc/admin_design.inc.php on line 325

I originally started with 6.0.0002 and upgraded two times until 6.0.0004 then tried to do 6.1.1.

I tried doing the restore from inside cpanel by uploading a Home Directory and database restore.

I need someone that can restore the backups for my Home Directory and the database so I can get the site up again.
