Looking for Help

The company I am now having design my social website contacts me almost never. My website is not being worked on. Due to perhaps some of my indecisions and changes..And due mostly if not exclusively to the company's mismangement. I have had three people work on my project, one was let go, the other I couldnt communicate with, the other I still have yet to meet or receive an email from.. My project is grossly over-scheduled.. I started this six months ago.. The company and to a lesser degree myself have dropped this ball and its too late and I am unhappy..
However just a few days ago I made contact with someone that clearly knows what he is talking about...Mike ...I happened upon this site by accident but it was the best thing I could have ever done...The software clearly has it ALL..
So after talking with Mike I now see everything I was trying to get developed is already in a software!!! The Flash Chat, the Social etc. Best of All with a team that knows how it works, its limits and its capabilities..
So this said I need to find out if what has already been created can be somehow integrated ? (Just two pages) Minus the expensus for the software I am willing to pay for help..Budget as listed $1000-1200
You are the expert so I yeild unto you..All I ask for is the ability to conduct classes via online, where the teachers can come to my site and conduct their classes... 4-6 students per class So teachers dont need to have their own classes or anything..
