Job Description

I posted this in the forums back on May 24 but never got a single response. I still need someone that thinks they can fix this problem. Whenever the site goes over 340 members the number of members drops down to 339 and some of the profiles disappear. The members that get removed are not necessarily the oldest. When going over 340, i. e. 343, The number will stay that way for awhile then drop down to 339 or less and some profiles vanish.
