New Membership Actions for a custom page

Hello all,

I'm beta testing my site dijibeat using dolphin 6.1

Along with the standard membership, I made a new "Professional" level membership that will allow DJ's and webmasters to legally download promotional music and media for professional use (ie. a digital record pool).

I made a page called "Digital Downloads" exclusively for the professional level members to use.

The problem is that the new custom made page is available for all members, including my standard members and I only want the "pro" members to be able to use it.

I want to basically add a new "Membership Actions" for the custom digital download page and be able to adjust which "Membership Levels" can use it from within the "Membership Settings" menu.

Please share your ideas.
I am not the only person who has this problem. A solution to the problem could be sold in "Downloadz".
