Flash Programming

This is an open-ended job consisting of a number of customizations we want done on a flash chat application. The app comes with the files necessary for customzing, and we want to perform a number of minor to major mods. The application also runs on our FMS server, so we have all the backend files available to look over as well. You can see the app we are customizing at www.flashcoms.com (Yes we purchased a legal copy and have the rights to customize it to our liking). Necessary skills and requirements: A THOROUGH understanding of FLASH, front to back, requisite skills to modify existing flash files, ability to work under tight deadlines (Site is live, and any changes must be perfected before updating) preferably in the same time zone as us (EST) so that communication with us is easy. While the skill level to handle this is high, so will the compensation. We will NOT prepay but WILL pay as you go. Generally accepted practice is 30%/30%/40% at the 1/3 2/3 and completed marks of the project. Bonuses may be available for rapid completion of projects and you need to be ready to dedicate your time just to OUR project.
