better searching and categories for media

Hi,

I am looking for some dolphin modifications, please can anyone do the below, please give me price for each one. They must be upgrade compatible, and urls must be SEO freindly.

1. when uploading media (videos, pictures etc) members can assign the media to two different categories by selecting from two lists.
One list will be region, e.g. Africa, Asia, Europe and the other will be category e.g. politics, entertainment, sport. Also a menu on the left hand side should be available for users to select which type of media they would like to view, they can select by region or category or both.
Admin(me) should be able to change the categories available in the admin panel

2. most rated, most viewed and most commented media menu options

3. A media search facility which enables users to search all media at once, not just video or just pictures etc, but multiple. Admin can select which media types are included in search

4. Is it possible to create a facility for members to upload media directly from their mobile phones like you tube?
