hotness vote

You all know the "hot or not" function... I need a similar function for my dolphin 6.1.2. I will now give a short info about it... I want to express the whole idea personally with you via email, icq or msn...

A male member will click on the "hotness vote" Button. Then he should see 2 RANDOM female members (a female member should see 2 random male members)... Now he has to decide who of this 2 girls looks better for him. The girl who won the "duell" will earn so called hotness points (girl who lost should lose some hotness points)... the more hotness points a Member gets the sexier she/he is (therefore a toplist should be available where members can see which rank they are).

Furthermore the girl who won should see in her profile which Member was responsible for her victory and against whom she won (see picture).

Please give me quote for price and estimated time (i will give you all the time you need :D)
