Escort review site add on to Dolphin 6.x

We’re an adult service company that provides services to a specific segment of the adult industry. Our sites are mature in content however NOT pornographic. We looking to put together a team of clever minded individuals help build an escort industry review site based on Dolphin 6.x platform. Unlike others we understand the market and how to market to it correctly. What we need now are the backend people help us build it so they will come. ( Humor: The Old saying "build it and they will come" )

The Site.

We have a current Dolphin install and we want to add a review database to it. Our site will have various levels of membership from “free” to paid levels. Permission controls will be very important.

The site structure is as follows:

Escort Review Submission form
Review Search form
Preferably relational review database.
Reviews should be able to be linked to the profile of our "provider" (escort) member the review is about and to the member who wrote the review.

We also will need some sort of "link to my review" ability that is tied to some kind of affiliates software.

We envision a stand alone modification that merely passes data and shares permissions with the Dolphin program. Just a thought you tell us.

We’ll also need to do data scrapes from other sites for this project and take that data and incorporate it into our own search results structure.

Security by IP tracking, cooking tracking, internal mail keyword tracking. (our way of catching cheaters)

This is an ongoing project and there will be some up front money and on going RESIDUALS (percentage from sales) from memberships for the individuals who help us put this together and maintain it. This is not just a one shot deal.
We will retain the rights to the modification.
