Dolphin Orca Simple Template

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to do a quick stripped out template for Dolphin/Orca.

I'm using Dolphin as a payment wrapper for Orca. I dont use anything other than Orca (no ray, classifieds, groups etc). Check out my site at www.albumdesignforum.com to see how it works. I basically have dolphin, a few info pages I created and Orca.

I'm looking to do the following (see pic for photo rendering of the site)
- Have one overall box (get rid of all the smaller boxes that contain content)
- Get rid of the sub menu transparent thing that shows up under menu when you roll over menu items.
- Move menu to top left corner - simple text with rollover colour change and highlighted colour change if thats the page I am on - justified left - extends to the right as I add more pages.
- Instead of the join - member login links I would like a user name - password - submit box up top right
- Changeable main logo bar that extends across page - centred.
-Background colour white but changeable via css
-Text size, font, colour again changeable via css
- Background colour and text of orca changeable to match
(note even just instructions on where to change the colours would be fine)
- If its not too dificult rounded corners at teh bottom
- bottom menu (again no boxes) sits centred at the bottom (different css to main text so I can change it independently)
- Copyright notice to sit centred under bottom menu
- I will purchase ad free from Boonex so need removal of any Boonex/orca/ray references/pics at the bottom.
- I need full ownership of template, mustnt be available for sale anywhere else.

I'm hoping all the above are relatively simple. If there is anything that stands out as being complicated then let me know, maybe we can work around it all.

Never had a dolphin template done before so I dont know cost, but I'm hoping its all simple stuff. Let me know how long it will take, prices and feel free to ask questions.
