Need to insert JS to serve ads from php script

I would like a way to insert a javascript from something like a php banner management script. So the javascript will serve the rotating ads to my dolphin site. I would like one area for text ads. Another area for banners, of a certain size. And another area for larger banners... But I'd like it to be served by another script that automates the banner rotation, payment, management, etc.
