EASY - Couple touch ups on website

I am looking for a couple jobs to be done...in 2 days MAX!!! By 2 days I dont mean 2 weeks haha...to some mods.

Here are the errors i need fixed.

1. If you go to divespots on my website at www.thedivevillage.com

then try to click on page 2 and/or 3....it does not work.

2. In admin control panel...i look up a member then try to delete them (member is a spam), and it deletes it...but their profile still stays up on the website.

3. My account - the password has been changed and i cant login, i need you to look to see if it is just my profile or random profiles here and there. I need it fixed.

4. My website seems to be slowing down...i also need you to look into if it is running smoothly, with no viruses or errors, and speed it up if there is a way.
