Photo Gallery Mod Needed

To clarify exactly what needs to be included with this photo gallery mod please contact me and I will provide a detailed outline. Listed below are a few of the features needed.

-User photo tagging (like Facebook)
-private user photo album gallery
-public photo album gallery (admin upload only)
-Mass upload functionality for both private and public galleries
-auto-water marking on all photos uploaded to the public photo gallery
-Slide show functionality for both galleries
-etc...
